About this app

Eyewitness® Workforce Automation for Maintenance is an application used to track progress and completion of tasks assigned to individuals or crews within an organization.

This application is used in conjunction with the licensed Web Application (Eyewitness® Workforce Automation – Maintenance) for creating, distributing and dispatching maintenance and other types of tasks to individuals or crews.

With this app you can

• View your work list on a map or in a list

• Add notes to items within your worklist

• Check status of items your crew is working on

• Start, Pause and Complete tasks in your worklist

• Take photos at various status of your process

• Report new issues found while working throughout the day

• Return items that can’t be completed

Getting Started

Before you can begin you will need to know the URL for the Workforce Automation site your company is working with as well as your assigned UserID and Password.
